Job Description
The Role: Having begun the makeup revolution in 2013 with record-breaking launches across www.charlottetilbury.com, Selfridges and Net-A-Porter, our revolutionary brand has seen double-digit growth every year. Our points of sale have jumped from our initial 3 to 400+ in 2019 and our plans are to continue this growth trajectory the sky is the limit! To support the team in delivering game changing developments to our supply chain systems and processes; we are looking for someone who wants to be a part of delivering real change to work alongside the project and operational teams and help with testing, master data processing and project management tasks as we work to implement a new demand & supply planning system and interface our various systems together to give end to end transparency to our planning teams. Please note that this is a fixed term role. Role Accountabilities: Supply Chain systems champion * Supply Planning Tool Project Management: own key elements of project management such as action tracking; running status meetings and preparing documents for sign off meetings with the leadership team across digital, vendor and supply chain * Data Management: support our Global Master Data Manager by taking ownership of key elements of the supply planning project such as data validation * Interfaces: support our North America Head of Supply Chain in integrating robust interfaces between Charlotte Tilbury systems and the systems at our 3PL companies.
