Job Description
Dawsongroup bus and coach ltd Yard Operative Dawsongroup bus and coach ltd is part of Dawsongroup plc , a national provider of commercial vehicle rental and contract hire solutions, operating from a network of strategically positioned depots across the UK. As a Yard operative, you are responsible for ensuring the safe operation and appearance of open and yard areas. Key Functions: * Yard presentation * Parking and positioning all Bus and Coach vehicles (training will be available if required) * Preparation of all equipment for collection/delivery * Ensuring vehicles are stored securely and in adherence to company policy * Carrying out Daily checks of all equipment * Maintaining health and safety policies are adhered to throughout the yard To be successful you will: * Have a PCV Licence * Obtain a minimum of 2 years' experience driving a PCV * Have excellent communication and organisational skills * Demonstrate a good attention to detail Dawsongroup plc is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to the continuous improvement and satisfaction of our employees, and as such, training and ongoing development are readily available, as well as a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package .
