With our city-wide infrastructure projects progressing at pace across the UK, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer who is competent in dealing with complex contracts across the Public and Consumer sectors. As Commercial Lawyer, you'll be responsible for drafting, negotiating and closing commercial agreements with business, public sector, mobile and consumer ISPs for wholesale access to fibre infrastructure, on a local/national basis. Confident in your ability to handle the complexities of high value deals, you'll navigate around each agreement in these sectors. Using your commercial awareness, technical and people skills, you'll be shaping and influencing the commercial proposals from within CityFibre ensuring we remain compliant. WHAT WILL YOU BRING? We're looking for a qualified solicitor who possesses extensive commercial contracts experience within an established law firm or in-house role, ideally within Telecommunications, Utilities, Litigation or Banking industries. You'll be a well-rounded commercial lawyer who can provide legal advice on commercial matters affecting group companies including tender reviews, contractual interpretation and assisting with development of template documents. The following requirements are also essential: * Degree educated * Experience with UK telecoms access deals (in-house and/ or private practice) * Qualified solicitor * Training contract and career experience in top 30 UK law firm/ large in-house team * Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts JOIN THE FULL FIBRE REVOLUTION When the future is fibre, it's faster, more affordable and better connected.
