Package Description Freedom Care (now part of accomplish) is a local company established for over 16 years. We have several homes around the East Midlands providing high quality care and support for people with a range of needs but in particular Autistic Spectrum conditions. Some of the people we support have complex and challenging behaviour. The Chantry care home in Leicester, is a 13-bedded home that has been renovated to meet the needs of the Service Users. In 2015, The Chantry won the Pinders Design Renovation Award. We are also keen on using Assistive Technology where possible to ensure the safety of the Service Users and staff. We are looking for Wake Night Support Workers to provide 1:1 support for our Service Users, supporting them with all aspects of their daily life whilst maximising their independence.
