At Dawsongroup, we have structured our management trainee programme in a unique way to give you the opportunity to design your own career! Our two-year, three-tiered approach offers new graduates a 'Foundation' year to rotate around the different areas of our business, working with a variety of key teams and individuals. Opportunities in your Foundation year can include: * Branch Operations * Branch Management * Fleet Services * Contracts * Field Sales * Engineering, and so much more! Following this, you have a choice of several 'Specialism' year programs, focussing and accelerating your development in the area you feel most passionate about. The ideal candidate will: * Work to the highest possible standard, displaying management and leadership potential * Possess the ability to establish strong working relationships with both customers and other Dawsongroup departments and branches * Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to solve problems * Have the ability to work towards deadlines and targets, always ensuring their programme is on track We are interested in students from any discipline who have the passion and initiative to help our business stay at the forefront of industry innovation and be our future leaders!
