Job Description
At certain times of the year we look to recruit Tour Managers, to deliver the holidays our customers have dreamt of. You will need a genuine passion for our customers, the destinations we visit and the service we provide. We are looking for outgoing, confident people who can commit to working away from home to make a real difference to our customer's holiday experience. The Role: As a Tour Manager you will be the face of our company, travelling with our customers to ensure they have the holiday of a lifetime. Our Tour Managers are responsible for the smooth running of our tours. Without exception they make the difference between a good holiday and a truly excellent holiday. We look for organised people with passionate personalities who are friendly, approachable and who enjoy looking after other people. The role of a Tour Manager is a demanding but also a fulfilling one. The successful candidate will need: Essential * Good verbal communication skills * To be highly organised * A good standard of education including GCSE level or equivalent English & Maths * Experience in a customer facing role * The ability to remain calm in a crisis and to work well under pressure * The ability to work independently * Strong leadership skills * Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages * The ability to build effective relationships to resolve issues * Passionate about travel Desirable * Additional language skills * Experience of working in the Travel Industry * Experience in living and/or working overseas Employment Type: ["FULL_TIME"]
