Job Description As the Resettlement Co-ordinator you will be providing line management and motivating a team of Resettlement Caseworkers providing supervision and annual Contribution Reviews in line with Catch22 policies and procedures. You will ensure that each offender is effectively case managed by Resettlement Caseworkers whose role will be to provide resettlement support to offenders at touch points throughout their sentence and at 12 weeks prior to release. You will also be responsible for partnership representation within the prison and liaising with key partners the Prison Service, Community Rehabilitation Companies (CRC), and National Probation Service (NPS). Your main duties will include: * Line Managing a team of Resettlement Caseworkers * Supporting Resettlement Caseworkers in engaging offenders in rehabilitation activities and address any risks that emerge. * Effectively managing performance ensuring that the Community Rehabilitation companies statutory, contractual commitments are met. * Implementing policies, procedures and evidence based innovation and performance improvement systems and processes. * In liaison with the Cluster Manager participating in the development of team objectives. * Ensuring Caseworkers manage risks for all Service Users using the Community Rehabilitation Company and prison procedures in appropriate cases. You will have experience of: * Working in reintegration and rehabilitation services * Staff development and management e.g. supervision, appraisal & training * Providing clear leadership and management to a team * Building key relationships to the benefit of the project * Influencing and forming strong relationships with commissioning bodies and professional agencies Click here for Person Specification Additional Information Contract: Fixed Term Contract until June 2021 Hours: 38 hours per week Salary: 27,816.00 Benefits: * 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service. * Pension scheme with matching contributions of up to 4% * Discounted shopping opportunities If you're successful you will be required to consent to relevant checks by the Disclosure Barring Service and Ministry of Justice.
