Sous Chef - British Brasserie - January Start

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and foodie sous chef to join our team cooking modern British and European Brasserie classics for a 100 seat brassiere within an exclusive members club. Located in the heart of Mayfair close to tube and transport links. The sous chef will work up to 7 shifts per week and will be paid for any overtime worked. Our food is all prepared fresh on site using high quality seasonal and locally sauced produce. The menus change ion a seasonal basis and the sous chef will work closely with the exec chef to develop and implement new seasonal menus. As sous chef you will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen, overseeing food, service and hygiene standards as well as being involved in budgeting and food costing. We will offer training, development and promotional opportunities across the club that also includes 2 other dining outlets as well as events and banqueting.
