Patient Booking Hub Team Leader This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of an ambitious project to bring together the best in outpatient appointment booking practice from around Sheffield Teaching Hospitals. Through the development of a centralised Patients' Booking Hub, supported by innovative technology, this post will support the daily delivery of a consistently high quality patient experience. As well as being a key post within the wider management team this role will be the key day to day link between the Patients' Booking Hub and partner directorates ensuring routine business in conducted efficiently and effectively on a daily basis and escalating issues for senior support when required. Supporting the Patients' Booking Hub Supervisor the post holder will actively contribute to the collective leadership provided by the Patients' Booking Hub Management Team. They will support staff engagement with continuous service improvement and personal development within the Patients' Booking Hub. They will ensure work is planned and executed in a timely manner and staff are well trained and led in the delivery of their roles. The working pattern is: * 5 x 7.5 hour shifts per week on a rota of which: * 1 x shift will be an early shift of 07:30-15:30 * 1 x shift will be a late shift of 12:00 - 20:00 * 3 x shift will be between either: 08:00-16:00, 08:30-16:30, 09:00-17:00 * 1 x 6 hour Saturday shift per month with a day off in the same week preceding and an additional and 30 minutes on 3 of the other 4 shifts in the preceding week to make it 37.5 hours For further details / informal visits contact: Seanie Moss - Assistant Service Manager on 0114 2713337 / seanie.moss2@nhs.net Employment Type: FULL_TIME
