CRM Manager, International Maternity Leave - 9 month contract ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is seeking a CRM Manager, International to join our Marketing team in London, for a 9 month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Marketing Director, International, and managing the CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for prospect & lead nurturing and optimising Member engagement campaigns across email, digital, & addressable offline channels to improve campaign conversion & performance for our International business. You will have the opportunity to own the end to end CRM marketing roadmap for International (UK & DE) and work globally with the US teams. ACQUISITION MARKETING * Partner with global team to develop a holistic omni-channel contact strategy that optimises path to purchase journey and widens prospecting pool for our International business * Plan and implement omni-channel nurture campaigns that engage and drive users down the purchase funnel (channel orchestration) * Partner with various teams such as paid media and Revenue Analytics to develop holistic journeys that optimise to email capture and conversion rate * Own and execute campaigns across multiple channels (email, retargeting display ads, direct mail, etc.), with the goal of uncovering the optimal course of action for audiences & leads in each stage of the funnel. * Partner with product, creative, & media teams to continuously iterate & and test new lead capture campaigns & landing page concepts. * Partner with retail teams to drive omni-channel lead performance (capture and conversion rate) RETENTION MARKETING * Own and execute local engagement campaigns to encourage customer retention, scoping localised campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, hardware) with collaboration from the CRM Specialist * Methodically test & identify best performing content & messages for different customer life stages * Work closely with the Membership Team to craft order, pre-delivery, post delivery and engagement based journeys that reflect the brands premium status * Partner with the global team to ensure the Peloton Member experience is of a premium quality standard, globally. REPORTING & ANALYTICS * Maintain KPIs dashboards for acquisition marketing * Maintain and create operational performance reports by funnel stage & conversion touch points across website/landing page visits, email open/clicks, calls/chats, store visits, etc. * Campaign performance and optimisation reporting * Work closely with Data Science and Analytics team to understand Member performance and enhance experience off the back of this QUALIFICATIONS * Required: 5 years of direct lifecycle marketing experience * Proven experience with pulling and presenting email, sales data and trend analysis * Proven experience working with marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms * Customer Journey mapping a plus * Understanding of CRM or user level schema for use in segmentation and targeting * Proven experience coding in HTML, CSS * Analytical mindset and unparalleled attention to detail * Enjoy problem solving and making complicated situations simple and painless * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where flexibility and adaptability are key ABOUT PELOTON Founded in 2012, Peloton has transformed the at-home fitness experience by creating a bike that merges design with modern technology to provide access to live streaming and on demand indoor cycling classes led by elite instructors.
