What will you be doing? This role is a mixture of customer obsession, delivering on new technologies, balanced with the art of possible. As Lead Product Owner for My Vodafone, where customers can manage all elements of their services & billing, you will need to ensure it delivers a best in class experience. You will create a strategic roadmap, prioritise and refine requirements from all areas of the business into a backlog, and orchestrate agile delivery cross multiple scrum teams. All of this will help you exceed challenging KPI's to make Vodafone a standout leader in Digital Care. The role will have impact at board level to champion the strategic vision for Care and report on the programme of work, whilst working closely with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that experiential, regulatory and legal needs are met, and any new propositions are supported in line with planned go-to-market activity. Who are we looking for? * Experience working as a Digital Product Owner using the Scaled Agile Framework. * Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills to board level. * Experience of Digital self-service and deploying new capabilities in a customer service environment. * Strong understanding of the Digital ecosystem, website design, content types, mobile and tablet applications, web technologies and digital marketing best practices. * Experience defining and delivering MVPs, running AB tests and making data informed decisions. * Experience leading Agile teams.
