Job Description
One of the world's leading Media and Entertainment groups with an impressive portfolio of some of the most respected media brands, events and festivals are looking to appoint a new PA to work with their charming Chief Commercial Officer. This is a stimulating opportunity for a stellar, no nonsense PA who thrives off a challenge and makes things happen. You will be working with an inspiring individual who has built up a global team and who has truly transformed the way brands and agencies access radio growth and developed ground breaking products. This is not your typical PA role and will allow you to work outside the typical parameters of a PA's duties and really get stuck into the commercial side of things. In this role you will act as a key figure and ambassador to the CCO , your day to day will involve providing exemplary support to the CCO and coordinating and very busy day with frequent changes occurring at the 11th hour across multiple time zones. You will be booking an array of meetings and will manage the logistics. You will be aware of the CEO's priorities at all times and delegating and communicating on his behalf, where applicable. A huge part of this role will be building genuine relationships with key stakeholders and it is essential that you possess the gravitas and persona of someone who can effectively influence and be instrumental when it comes to making decisions. This role requires someone who is commercially savvy and who will adopt a proactive approach when it comes to ensuring the CCO is meeting with key people and dates are in the diary. You will develop an understanding of the market and work with the commercial team to identify new opportunities , whilst also ensuring existing relationships are cultivated. A key part of this side of the role sits with two annual events, which represents crucial trade marketing opportunities. It is imperative that you develop a good relationship with the CCO's spouse to ensure communication channels are maintained and occasionally you may assist on the private side. The CCO is a real family man and has a cracking sense of humour. This is a cracking opportunity for an experienced PA who has a natural credibility at a senior level who will not shy away from pushing back when needs be, whilst executing with utmost precision. Ideally, you will be available to start immediately , though those with a 1 month notice period will also be considered. Career Moves specialise in PA and administration recruitment across London.
