NSL is an award winning, unique and evolving Parking Services provider, our Mangers are instrumental in the ongoing success of the business. We are currently looking for a Parking Operations Manager to manage a large parking contract based in Central London. You will be responsible for managing the on-going contract and the operational delivery and making sure SLA's, KPI's and budgets are met through the leadership of your team. What you'll be doing... * Be a primary point of contact with the client * Maintain operational control and make sure that operational teams have a clear understanding of their job roles * Providing leadership to supervisors and frontline colleagues and develop an engaged workforce * Building and maintaining strong client partnership relationships, and provide day-to-day client advice and support. * Promoting our capabilities to clients and identifying sales opportunities * Responsible for performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment and other aspects of HR * Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customers to demonstrate performance and understanding of their needs * Achieve EBITDAO targets * Accountable for cost control; wages, overhead management and expenses What you'll need... * Previous experience of leading a high performing team * Ability to deliver contractual KPIs through the management of the operational team * Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including, word excel and outlook * Excellent customer service skills * Familiarity of TMA 2004, the RTA1991 and other parking legislation desirable What you'll get... * £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Healthcare * Pension * Perkbox (Role know internally as an Client Account Manager)
