This is an exciting chance to join teams across the country creating trailblazing technology projects with industry leading customers. You'll work with teams to deliver unique solutions for large government customers and corporate brands. Please note: You must have NSV SC as a minimum to apply for this role. What you'll be doing * We'll ask you to join us in creating a range of incredible projects, and to work successfully with teams to deliver exciting technology solutions for some of the world's most famous brands and organisations. * You'll have great diplomacy and negotiation skills, be quick-thinking, resourceful and adapt well to change. * You'll be a collaborative partner able to develop great working relationships with stakeholders. * Using your excellent planning skills and methodical mindset you'll create cutting-edge work. You'll define roles, responsibilities and reporting lines and plan effective methods to evaluate the progress of projects. * Using your expertise you'll prepare and manage business cases by conducting a detailed analysis of elements such as cost / benefit, risks, resourcing and timings. * With a clear focus on project delivery you'll use your sound technical capabilities to document and carry out projects ensuring smooth implementation. * You'll be experienced in identifying and addressing risks to ensure the success of the project, and in reviewing and detailing lessons learned at the project's conclusion. * You'll also be adept at managing costs, timescales and resources. You'll be experienced in monitoring and tracking budgets, with the ability to analyse financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. * You'll identify budget and cost trends and prepare reports for stakeholders. * If issues arise you'll use your experience to conduct a review of data and issues to quickly reveal the root cause. * You'll focus on quickly delivering the best solutions to problems. We'll also need to see these on your CV * You're fascinated by the potential new technologies have to improve people's lives and keen to be a part of trailblazing new projects. * You're interested in continuous learning, personal development and growth. * You're an experienced user of, or accredited in a methodology such as Prince2, APMP, ITIL qualification, Risk Management Qualification or 6 Sigma. * You'll be skilled in large scale project delivery using a variety of methods including Agile and non-Agile. * You're adept at leading project governance and stakeholder management and you're an excellent financial manager, able to analyse project risks and dependencies. * You're a flexible and adaptable team leader, able to help colleagues to meet their full potential.
