About the team Due to a steady increase in business and a solid 3-5 year plan for growth we are looking to add to our team in London with experienced permanent recruitment consultants to focus on specialist within the information security or cyber security market. You will join our SWR team, one of the largest revenue generating teams in the business and help us in continuing to realise our ambitious growth plans. The Information and Cyber security division sits within SWR and is the largest of all the teams. NP's reputation within security is unrivalled and we have one of the longest standing reputations within security recruitment spanning circa 10 years. What's the drill? As a consultant you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients and candidates in the security market. You will be responsible for developing new business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This role will have you building your individual market, managing your own candidates and clients, identifying their needs, controlling your own advertising, screening CVs, setting up interviews, gathering feedback and making placements. You will need have a thorough understanding of proactive resourcing including headhunting and have market knowledge that allows you to develop business within the security marketplace. Duties & Responsibilities * Responsible for full 360 degree recruitment activity, with some support from a resourcing team. Identifying candidates, presenting them, arranging interviews, guiding them and the client through the process and to closing offers * Build strong partner relationships with clients and develop a strong understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment * Generate new business - using your market knowledge and leveraging your network and client relationships, develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients. In addition cross sell the broader NP Group product offering * Candidate generation - using a broad range of methods and tools such as, head-hunting, database searches, advertising, social media, networking and events. Be resourceful and creative * Candidate engagement - develop a strong relationship with your candidates, hold an initial interview, brief them on roles and interviews, provide feedback and advise them throughout the process * Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates * Be a specialist in your market - offer advice to both clients and candidates on market intelligence, pay rates, training and career progression Attributes * At least 2 years + in a specialist recruitment sales environment * Market specialist in information security, cyber security or consulting. * Highly organised with strong multi-tasking skills * Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, comfortable engaging with people at all levels * Competitive, commercial and success driven * Team oriented * A natural networker, you enjoy and are successful at building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates * Desire to learn and develop business knowledge What's on offer: In return for hard work and high performance, we offer a dynamic and supportive work culture.
