Forge Business Resilience Mass Notification System (MNS) * Updating IMT and site-wide population group in MNS following updates and feedback from sites * Assisting with administration of group admin accounts * Where required, sending out Mass Notification to staff * MNS testing for sites globally Global Incident and Emergency Response * Assess impact to Refinitiv, employees, assets, operation and reputation * Provide high level security briefings to security management * Support security management with IMT liaison/coordination * Produce and disseminate reports throughout the life cycle of the incident * Where required, support IMT with accounting for employees and conference call coordination * Liaison with risk partners within Refinitiv and externally with risk service providers Intelligence & Reporting * Horizon scanning across all three regions (EMEA, APAC, AMERS) and related data collection and processing * Produce and distribute incident reports * Phone and email communications with clients and customers * Be aware of the current threats and challenges faced by the business * Assist producing weekly intelligence reports in collaboration with the wider Global Security team * Providing low level intelligence assessments obtained from risk service providers and open source 2. Protect our People Travel Security * Monitoring for travel alerts and escalation to management where necessary * Direct liaison with 3rd party providers for travel tracking and traveller assistance * Issue alerts (MNS) & directly assisting travellers with problems Event Security * Monitoring and update reporting during global Refinitiv events * Communication support with on-site security teams * Incident response and escalation support 3. Create a Safe Workplace Physical Security * Conduct all security operational tasks in accordance with GSOC Assignment Instructions, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures * Management and administration of all electronic security systems and alarms that are linked to GSOC * DC restricted access management and production of access control data for DC audits * Monitoring and awareness of the current threats and challenges faced by Refinitiv office locations * Investigating of and responding to security alarms and reports * Oversight and support to DTC-wide security operations * Producing security incident reports and assist with low level investigations * Support DTC Emergency Response Plan (building evacuation) * Telephone and email communication with clients & customers * Administration management of the contractor and employee leavers process 4. Relationships & Communications * Be at all times knowledgeable of all senior site representatives and other key stakeholders within Refinitiv and CBRE * Develop strong relations with clients and customers globally * Be prepared to give briefings to senior managers on security incidents during live events Qualifications Essential Education & Experience * Fluent in verbal and written English coupled with excellent communication skills. * Minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) * Able to communicate effectively with all levels of business, internal and external * Good IT skills including ability to use all MS Office applications * Report and assessment writing * Full 5 year checkable employment / academic history Personal Attributes * Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative * Ability to operate in a professional and confidential manner at all times
