As an Administrator in Restructuring and insolvency you will be a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting strict deadlines. You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of personal insolvency case administration (Trust Deeds and Sequestrations) and provide support to Management. Maintain a mixed portfolio of personal insolvency cases, ensuring deadlines for reporting and statute are met and to ensure smooth progression of each job. You will be responsible for IPS Diary maintenance, as well as assisting with preparation of initial proposals and statement of affairs. You will be collaborating with debtors and creditors/stakeholders, alongside pursuing payment of contributions and take appropriate action where applicable. In addition, you will ensure that any client issues are dealt with and that Senior Staff are aware of any points raised. You will also manage your own administration tasks including completing timesheets and fees.
