Senior Product Developer Upwards from 48,650 (Grade D17) plus excellent benefits including company car Manchester city centre Fixed term contract until August 2021 We're looking for a senior product developer to join our team and help us to make sure that we're providing our stores with the great products that our customers love. You'll get to have a huge impact on our customer offering, and it would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In this role, you'll lead and inspire our product developers to introduce new products into our food stores, from concept through to launch. We'll look to you to build positive relationships with leaders across the business as well as external suppliers. What you'll do lead a team to deliver relevant and successful customer value solutions, from concept through to launch set strategic direction for your categories, making sure that development plans are mission-led, innovative, focused, impactful and aligned to business priorities build solid, collaborative relationships with colleagues and suppliers, with occasional travel analyse data, trends and insight to influence future propositions work within agreed budgets and timescales This role would suit people who have proven experience in product development at senior level, ideally from a retail environment line management and team development experience fresh and ambient product development experience a mission-led focus and the ability to work collaboratively across teams analytical approach to data, insight and food trends a food qualification would be a bonus, but isn't essential the ability to work in a fast-paced environment knowledge and passion for food Why Co-op?
