About the Organisation - This service is a SEN school for pupils aged between 6 to 19 years with who have Emotional, Social and/or moderate Learning Disabilities. This role will be working on the senior school side and assisting the Principle. You will play an integral part in sharing the school's vision, direction and culture to inspire the staff teams to deliver the very highest standards of education and care. Type of person required - As the senior school Head Teacher, you would have overall responsibility for the operational and educational standards of performance. To do this you will need to have Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding legislation knowledge, experience of working as a senior leader within an SEN environment and a management qualification at level 5 or above. Sound knowledge of commercial and financial/budget management and experience of leading and managing a complex, responsive school Qualifications - Qualified Teacher Status with further professional qualification in a relevant area.
