At Sheringham Woodfields School, we have 122 pupils with complex learning difficulties aged from 3 to 19 years. The School is at an important and exciting point in its development; building on our outstanding OFSTED in January 2019 the school is now in the middle of an expansion to 135 pupils and the building o new Therapy Centre. The governing body are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Deputy Head Teacher for Septe 2020. A key part of this role will be to take the lead on all aspects of the OFSTED area of Quality of Education Applicants should be able to demonstrate: Knowledge and understanding of how the OFSTED Quality of Education criteria relate to pupils with SEND. Clear evidence of successful curriculum management and innovation. Commitment to pupil progress and wider achievement. Proven successful communication, organisational and management skills Ability to lead and develop initiatives with a wide range of staff. A team player who can lead, inspire, motivate and challenge A strong desire, energy and vision to build on the schools current achievements.
