**The Role** An exciting opportunity has become available for an individual to join our team as an Account Executive/Broker within our Cyber Insurance Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of placing cyber insurance for a range of industries and sectors; within the role they will have the responsibility of supporting a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients, new business development, client strategy & market placement. They will manage and develop client and Willis Towers Watson relationships and grow the portfolio within the business unit. The person will be joining a very successful and dynamic team and therefore we're seeking attributes in a candidate that will add value to this strong team. Language skills will be advantageous but not critical. Client Relationship Management + Work to understand the clients' business and risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service + Understand, apply and where necessary explain the BU policies and procedures + Draw on expertise within specialist technical teams within the BU and across the Group for clients as required + Support senior colleagues to determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients' needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients Placement Management + Manage compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements + Assist with loading of data into the relevant Willis Towers Watson Systems + Operational and Service Delivery + Support and deliver the end to end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards + Support the BU in accurate budgeting, forecasting and tracking of revenue + Deliver high levels of client service support in line with standard operating procedures + Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levels + Working with senior colleagues in the development of service plans that define the engagement and timing of engagement with the client + Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met + Ensure adherence to Group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements **The Requirements** + Knowledge of Cyber & Financial Lines products and corresponding financial and client sectors preferable + Preerably educated to A-level or relevant industry experience + Preferably CII Qualified but not critical + Proven track record of supporting teams to deliver high levels of client service + Practical knowledge of supporting account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim + Good communication skills + Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
