The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an individual to join our Cyber Insurance team as an Account Executive/Broker. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of client service and preferably placing cyber insurance for a range of industries and sectors; within the role you will have the responsibility of developing and supporting a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention, new business development, client strategy & placement. You will manage and develop client and Willis Towers Watson relationships and grow the portfolio within the business unit. The person will be joining a very successful and dynamic team and therefore we are seeking attributes in a candidate that will add value to this strong team. Client Relationship Management * Understand the clients' business and risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service * Develop account service strategy for individual clients in line with BU process * Draw on expertise within specialist technical teams within the BU and across the Group for clients as required * Support senior colleagues to determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients' needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients * Accountability for client service and relationship development direct with individual clients and with specialisms across WTW * Lead and support on individual client programs where appropriate Broking * Ability to understand a client or prospect's business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues * Manage relationships and negotiate placement with the insurance market * Prepare client and prospect presentations considering the impact of client profitability * Work with Account Executives and Sales Team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal * Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy * Create and grow relationships with underwriters in London and international markets * Experience in pricing and designing conceptual programmes in conjunction with client teams * Lead/Participate in information gathering exercises. * Ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures. Placement Management * Manage compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements * Understand, apply and where necessary explain the BU policies and procedures * Assist with loading of data into the relevant Willis Towers Watson Systems * Operational and Service Delivery * Support and deliver the end to end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards * Support the BU in accurate budgeting, forecasting and tracking of revenue * Deliver high levels of client service support in line with standard operating procedures * Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levels * Working with senior colleagues in the development of service plans that define the engagement and timing of engagement with the client * Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met * Ensure adherence to Group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements The Requirements * Knowledge of Cyber preferable * Knowledge of client sectors such as Marine, Energy * Preferably educated to A-level or relevant industry experience * Preferably ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification * Proven track record of high levels of client service * Practical knowledge of supporting account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim * Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills * Excellent presentation abilities * Good technical skills * Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery * Language skills will be advantageous but not critical * Ability to assimilate and apply large volumes of information rapidly * Negotiation skills coupled with the ability to be flexible and innovative * Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team * Able to prioritise, manage deadlines and work under pressure * Comfortable explaining complex concepts and making recommendations to clients/client servicing teams * Must be able to forge links between broking and client servicing teams * Ability to adapt personal style to work effectively with a wide range of clients, colleagues and underwriters * Must be prepared to work with integrity and openness, complying at all times with FCA requirements.
