The Position: We're looking for a Trainer Assessor in Carpentry and Joinery Requirements for the role: * Qualified Assessor - A1 or TAQA * Competence to at least Level 3 within the subject area of Carpentry and Joinery * Vocational Experience in a relevant settings Responsibilities for the role: * To prepare, and assess learners at levels 2 and 3 through the assessment of students in line with awarding body standards. * To carry out a caseload of internal quality assurance across level 2 and 3 * To contribute to recruitment, manage retention, withdrawals and monitor / report achievement. The Location: The college has 5 sites, our Construction Trade Apprentices are obviously field based within the Midlands and when onsite for their "off the job" theoretical training they attend either our Wigston or Harrowbrook site. This role involves being field based going out to assess our apprentices on site and also seeing them in college, you can base yourself at either of our two sites.
