Job Summary Head of CPA Global Talent & Organizational Capabilities will focus on innovative talent strategies, tools and processes that enable our people to thrive in the environment of digital transformation. You will drive initiatives that enable employees to have a successful and an engaging career at CPA Global. In partnership with our business leaders and People Business partners, you will be responsible for managing annual MY Development Performance Management cycle. You will drive implementation of Talent Management framework across CPA Global by leveraging assessment, coaching, and development tools to ensure high performance and strong talent pipelines. Your work will directly impact CPA Global' s ability to better assess, motivate, develop and retain talent in alignment with CPA Global Values. You will partner with our data analytics team to implement new talent management technologies and solutions and drive change management and adoption across CPA Global. As a Head of Talent & Organizational Capabilities you will also be responsible for rolling out the Leadership Edge Program, the High Potential employee program to ensure our leadership readiness to drive organization's peak performance. You will drive implementation of mentoring program and enable learning culture across CPA Global. This role is a unique combination of strategic, operational, and tactical leadership. Reporting to the SVP of People & Organization, you will empower our people and leaders with tools and frameworks they need to be successful in the environment of digital transformation and change. Primary Requirements * Leads critical talent assessment and performance management milestones, succession planning, high-potential talent identification, critical roles assessment and career planning * Partners with senior leadership and People Business Partners through execution of Talent Management Framework * Provides change management guidance as new talent management processes and systems are implemented to ensure successful adoption * Ensures that talent processes and solutions are simple, easy and effective * Drives Leadership Development Program to ensure leadership readiness * Manages and executes projects and initiatives such as planning, design, development, identifying key milestones, meeting deadlines and selecting appropriate metrics to assess outcomes * Leverages people data to deliver innovative talent solutions * Leads team facilitation and training session * Identifies training needs for People Team to build capability * Manages Talent Management Team and provides coaching, development and career guidance * Leads strategic initiatives around employee mobility, engagement, organization culture, and recognition * Builds, implements and manages career development frameworks * Designs, develops and implements mentoring program across CPA Global * Provide consulting support and coaching to develop the required talent mix and pipeline to grow the business and transform organizations. Primary Requirements: * Minimum of 12 years' combined experience in Talent Management and People Business Partnering * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or a related field * Demonstrated knowledge of the field/discipline of People Management practices, processes, and regulations * Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Talent and Succession Planning, Career Pathing, and Career Development to deliver ready resources for the business. * Demonstrated leadership presence, experience with coaching and a track record of influencing senior leaders * Demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying of milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results * Experienced people manager with strong judgment and integrity as it relates to sensitive people matters * Experience translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure impact * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, delivering clear and concise messages and presentations * Demonstrated competency in group facilitation * Excellent project management skills and experience leading number of projects simultaneously * Experience translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure impact * Proven change management capabilities * Demonstrated ability and experience coaching leaders and employees * Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods based on context * Demonstrated understanding of people management analytics and key workforce metrics * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others * Must demonstrate strong decision making and judgement, oral and written communication, and business acumen * Demo
