As a part of the Reconciliation Team you will be sat within the wider Risk, Invoice Finance Team which is a key team for Aldermore Bank. You will be expected to maintain a portfolio of Invoice Discounting Clients Reconciliations on a monthly cycle, ensuring the required information is provided and tested as per Aldermore Bank credit Policy. As a Risk Advisory Executive you will need to have excellent communication skills both via telephone as well as email, this will help you connect with the customer as well as being able to promptly report any concerns or issues you may identify to the Relationship Manager and Risk Managers in the bank - excellent stakeholder management is crucial to the success of this role. Based in our dynamic Manchester office, you will sit amongst a team of 3 and report to the Reconciliations Team Leader. What would your day look like? * To undertake robust ledger reconciliation in accordance to the required level and frequency as per credit policy. * To maintain a portfolio of Invoice Discounting Clients Reconciliations on a monthly cycle ensuring the required information is provided and tested as per credit policy. * To promptly report any concerns or issues identified to managers and where suitable the Relationship Manager and relevant Risk Manager. * To maintain timely and accurate records. * To organise and complete work based on risk based priorities. * To produce Regular and Adhoc reporting as required. * To effectively and positively engage with Risk Advisory Stakeholders and Clients on a regular basis.
