Job Description

The role of Junior Finance Analyst in the Informa Intelligence Central Finance team will report to the II Central Business Analyst (BA). The role will assist the II Central management heads to achieve their financial targets and objectives by supporting the II Central BA with financial planning and analysis. This will include assisting with monthly management accounts review and reporting, forecasting and budgeting, along with provision of appropriate statistical and cost analysis. The role will help maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes, ensuring that costs are accurately managed. Key responsibilities: * Assist the II Central Business Analyst to manage accounts including departmental cost, reporting and variance analysis * Work with the finance team across the division to coordinate and consolidate various reports within set deadlines * Assist the Business Analyst with headcount reporting, departmental actuals, forecasts and annual Budget * Extract financial data from accounting systems such as SAP for analysis and reporting * Provide ad-hoc financial support and project analysis to support the II Central Business Analyst and Financial Controller.
