Job Description
We are creating an altruistic platform that facilitates the connection and exchange of information between individuals and/or organizations that need help with those that are providing help and vice versa. The way that we are going to bootstrap our social media, is by listing thousands of projects and initiatives that are tackling COVID-19 pandemic. We are looking for volunteer who want to join us in our fight against pandemics like COVID-19 and other crisis alike. As a Content Curator at FightPandemics, you will: * Review and curate credible online community content from a diverse set of recently popular content, including breaking news, daily and weekly cultural events related to Covid-19. * Identify online trends and news, including emerging memes and cultural conversations around Covid-19. * Capture and highlight the best content from wide range of topics, including pop culture, celebrities, sports and food around Covid-19. Requirements Qualifying Skills: * You have experience in news and editorial judgment skills. * You have some experience working within social media or digital news. * You have experience finding content for blog posts. * Experience creating wide range of marketing collateral. * You have experience writing blog posts (extra points). * You keep a written diary or journal (extra points). * Talented storyteller (extra points). Qualifying Attitude: * You are a problem solver. * You want to learn and help in anyway possible. * You want to be part of something great that positively impacts society especially in times of crisis. * You are proactive to collaborate remotely.
