About the Role: The role of the Influencer Executive at The Hut Group is to work with external partners and influencers to drive sales to our consumer sites including Zavvi and IWOOT. The Executive will be responsible for executing strategies and requirement under the guidance of the Head of Partnerships with an overall goal of improving influencer performance against KPI targets. All training will be provided internally along with opportunities to attend external training sessions. Working across our exciting fast paced websites within the Consumer Division, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our networks of influencers. Working closely within the wider team you will ensure all websites are implementing influencer marketing best practices and getting the best results possible. The executive will be expected to learn to use a variety of related tools in order to conduct research, develop strategies and deliver against the group's targets. At THG, we encourage and promote growth and exploration within your role and as such, the below list gives only a summary of the role remit: * Initiate influencer recruitment and develop the influencer network, ensuring these are appropriate to our Consumer Sites * Advance relationships with influencers to improve performance levels of the channel * Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure activity is in line with the industry standards * General influencer programme hygiene - includes ensuring links, offers and reporting is up to date for all communications * Recognising opportunities to grow Influencer program for Consumer sites, finding appropriate partners to work with in order to elevate each site to high industry standards * Identify opportunities within influencer portfolio to develop stronger partnerships and opportunities such as merch stores and ambassador contracts Requirements * Industry experience with a genuine interest in pop culture, collectables and ambition to at the forefront of this execting area of digital marketing * An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands * Influencer and event management * Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc. * Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills * A proactive self-starter with problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines Benefits * Competitive salary. * Genuine responsibility from the start of your career at THG. * Discounted Gym membership. * Access to onsite doctor. * Enrolled onto company pension plan. * Leadership and Development training throughout your career.
