Job Description
Are you a solution focused IT Integration Specialist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Integration Specialist to use your expert knowledge in order to support pre-sales activity, installation of connected medical devices, and provide outstanding customer service, including the delivery of work associated with service contracts. You will assist the Automated Infusion System (AIS) team to achieve their collective sales and marketing objectives, including the introduction of new products, product modifications, and promotion of existing products. This role will involve travelling to visit customers onsite as well as working remotely. This is a National role however you will ideally be based in Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham. Some of your other duties will be... * To identify and deliver customer integration and connectivity requirements within hospitals. * To provide a source of expert knowledge on B. Braun IT solutions as well as general IT topics (networking, security, HL7, server configuration etc.) both internally and externally. * To provide ongoing support to customers post project completion both remotely and onsite. * To act as a point of contact for all IT product related communication and maintain strong collaborative relationships, both internally and externally within hospitals and third party providers. * To support the development of reference sites and key opinion leaders to support the AIS strategy. * To work with the marketing function to develop real world evidence. * To support the Sales Teams in ensuring they are equipped with the relevant required technical knowledge and skills to enable them to fulfil their sales role in a professional, effective and efficient manner. * Maintaining knowledge of current market trends and customer requirements and assisting with the delivery of national projects. What you'll need to succeed: * Proven experience in providing an IT related customer service. * Experience with IT server and/or networking support. * Knowledge of IT networks and security. * Knowledge of SQL server installation and configuration. * Be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with customers effectively at all levels and demonstrate personal networking skills. * Qualifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, N+, S+, Microsoft Certifications are desirable but not essential. * Possess a driving license and have the flexibility to meet business needs.
