Job Description

Your role: Do you have superior writing skills? Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you have an analytical mind? We're looking for someone to provide a central role to the Global Employee Relations (ER) team which is responsible for ensuring fair, equitable, objective and consistent treatment of all employees across the firm; including the management of HR related investigations, responding to employee complaints or workplace concerns, and advising on potential disciplinary actions and policy questions. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and reviewing ER Policy and assisting the Global ER Business Manager with ER-related projects, services and support. In particular, we're looking for someone to: review, develop, maintain and implement policies for ER across the global organization; instigate and support change initiatives that will drive the function forward; manage a portfolio of tasks and projects ranging from designing and production of regular and ad-hoc reporting and metrics, to delivering strategic initiatives to enhance ER services; and work with a variety of global stakeholders both within your function and with key stakeholder units to ensure best in class advisory services are delivered to the businesses we support. Your team: You'll be working in the newly created Global ER business management team in London and will report to the Global ER Business Manager. The ER Business Management team are responsible for ensuring that the Global ER team performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You'll also be working closely with the Global Head of Employee Relations and their management team. Your expertise: experience of working in a HR or legal environment handling employee relations matters would be preferred excellent communicator, ability to influence across different stakeholder groups, with persuasive presentation skills clear and articulate drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail at ease with extracting, manipulating and analysing data from multiple sources and presenting 'the story' behind the data in an easily digestible format very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously excellent project management skills, with proven experience in implementing change initiatives in a complex global environment, on time, and to a high standard quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient ability to prioritise and work under pressurised timelines natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set About us: Expert advice.
