CGL Inspire - North and Central Lancashire Integrated Substance Misuse Service - Outreach, Harm Reduction Healthcare Assistant - The Coast (Fleetwood & St Annes) CGL Inspire - North and Central Lancashire Integrated Substance Misuse Service - Outreach, Harm Reduction Healthcare Assistant - The Coast (Fleetwood & St Annes) We are looking for a passionate and committed, Outreach, Harm reduction Healthcare assistant, to join our clinical team at Inspire-North and central Lancashire service; this role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and performance of the service across North and Central Lancs community services. The post holder will pro-actively assist in the delivery of comprehensive interventions aimed at improving health & wellbeing for service users across the service and contribute to ensure that substance users across North and central Lancs receive consistent high quality services that adhere to the best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards. The services provide a comprehensive range of recovery-focused interventions including Needle Exchange, Harm reduction, early engagement and brief interventions, medically assisted recovery programs, structured psychosocial interventions, structured day program activities and community drug and alcohol detoxification.
