Client Onboarding Specialist United Kingdom Operations Corporate Center Job Reference #: 189075BR City: London Job Type: Full Time Your role: KYC SME for a extremely busy and demanding area of the Business. Stakeholder management for the front to back client onboarding process for the highly sensitive and time critical Corporate Client Solutions (CCS) Business. Ownership and onboarding of a wide range of Corporate and ownership structures with the ability to understand the key risk factors at a very early stage. Govern the prioritization of the new client onboarding requests coming through in a extremely time sensitive culture. SME support for new client and change initiatives from a KYC and onboarding perspective. Your team: You will be joining a division within the EMEA KYC production department who maintains the relationship with key stakeholders within the Corporate Client Solution (CCS) Business providing ownership of the KYC onboarding process of new high level clients. Your expertise: - Excellent communication skills with the ability to change approach dependent on the audience. - Proven experience in client service (ideally in banking) - A good understanding of current regulatory requirements, like MIFID, EMIR and Dodd Frank In depth knowledge of KYC, analysis, background checks, risk assessment, Sanctions, PEPs, negative news. - Good understanding of different corporate/legal structures - SPVs, funds etc. - Experience performing KYC on clients from a wide variety of jurisdictions - Excellent attention to detail.
