Engie are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team, you will be flexible and highly adaptive to new and changing situation's. Excellent communication, administration and IT skills are also key for this role. In return we offer a is a full time, permanent position with a competitive salary. Main Responsibilities/Duties Include: Liaising with line managers and the resourcing team to optimise recruitment opportunities. Ensuring attendance management is monitored in detail, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery. Advice on early stage grievance / disciplinary action including attendance at hearings as appropriate only. Monitoring of the annual PDR cycle, acting as a super-user and ensuring completion in a timely manner on OneHR. Supporting with the month end reporting process ensuring that data is collated, accurate and provided on time. Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience: Driving License is required for business travel Part qualified CIPD member would be an advantage Experience working on multi sites Track-record in HR generalist and change management roles Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice Experience of gathering and presenting data For more information about ENGIE, please visit: Owing to the Covid19 outbreak, ENGIE have been making some adjustments to support you through your candidate journey while keeping you as safe as possible.
