Overview: The Data Product Manager manages the complete stakeholder experience lifecycle: reach, acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty of the WarnerMedia International Data Platform and is responsible for maximising end-user engagement and usage of these products - namely Looker. The role is accountable for overseeing the training, education and engagement of the data products to support the group's strategic goal of establishing and supporting a data-driven culture at WanerMedia International. What you'll be doing: + Building data expertise across WarnerMedia International by providing guidance and training, educate and empower stakeholders to drive self-serve data consumption + Own the complete stakeholder experience lifecycle: reach, acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty + Act as key product evangelist and authority on the Looker platform to our stakeholders + Be the voice of our stakeholders by understanding their needs and prioritise them in alignment with the WarnerMedia International Data Platform vision and team + Constantly improving stakeholder satisfaction by developing adoption and engagement KPIs and execute programmes designed to increase engagement and reduce barriers to greater adoption + Working closely with International data engineering and BI manager teams to define product requirements and manage release schedules + Working closely with BI Managers to ensure successful go-to-market execution of stakeholder engagement programme What we're looking for: + Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Looker, DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics, Social Data + Confidence to dive into data, understand it inside out and how it connects to our stakeholders businesses + Strong experience with SQL and Python + Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly + Fluency in English, both written and spoken + Degree in computer science, information systems or related technical field What's on offer: This role comes with a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits and perks, including private medical, generous pension contribution and company bonus.
