Interview dates are to be confirmed The main purpose of the role is to process camera and HADECs offence files from the issuing of the original Notice of Intended Prosecution through to disposal. To ensure all data is recorded accurately, provide support and guidance to offenders both over the phone and in written form when responding to correspondence. Main Responsibilities: To identify, view and confirm HADECs speeding offences using established processes and procedures. To update the national Pentip system following receipt of correspondence and or phone calls thus ensuring at all times the accuracy of the data for should the fie progress to Court. Research and collate offender details ensuring alliance and national IT systems are updated accurately to ensure all offender histories are complete. Manage all out of court disposals such as National Driver Offender Retraining schemes, education over prosecution outcomes for all range of traffic offences. Supply information to Solicitors ensuring the correct information is obtained and supplied in the appropriate format and within required deadlines. Input, Retrieve and present camera related offences on the national Pentip system in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements. Identify and correct errors when entering the data, ensuring that any unclear data is checked and verified by integrating Police systems. Gather information from a range of sources ensuring it is obtained ethically and in accordance with relevant legislation to support offers of educational courses or other disposal. To undertake other duties commensurate with the nature, level of responsibility and grading of this post. Experience/Skills: Knowledge: Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent (including English and Mathematics). Competent in the use of IT packages and ability to be able to learn new systems. Knowledge of roads policing issues and the criminal justice system would be desirable. Experience: Experience of working within a team in an office environment.
