IT Delivery Manger - Technical Analyst United Kingdom Digital, Information Technology (IT) Corporate Center Job Reference #: 188626BR City: London Job Type: Full Time Your role: Have you successfully delivered digital IT projects? Do you like being hands-on writing user stories as well as managing delivery? Are you a confident scrum master? The Client Coverage Digital Platform team within UBS Asset Management IT is seeking hands on experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master / Delivery Lead with strong industry experience and a deep understanding of technology committed to building world class end to end Digital Platform. The program aim is to create an integrated digital user experience platform covering the full life cycle from marketing, sales, client on-boarding through the user/client service whilst consolidating, simplifying and standardising 20+ UBS product and regional portals, which provide product information and client servicing. The delivery approach incorporates agile customer centric design to transform the user experience, utilizing and extending the existing platforms such as UBS Neo. Your team: You will be part of a highly collaborative team with members located in London, Zurich, Pune and Chicago. The Client Coverage Digital Platform team is within UBS AM IT. This role will be located in our London office. The team uses Agile methodologies with 2-3 week sprint cycles, delivering business value each sprint. The program was established in 2016 and uses the latest technologies to ensure efficient build and deployment. Your expertise: The responsibilities of the role include: Working with distributed users to define and capture requirements in addition to working with distributed scrum and a scrum of scrums delivery process Take high level user experience, business and functional requirements and break them down to releases, sub release, and sprint ready User Stories Ensure business goals are understood and requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria are documented in conjunction with Product Owners, to enable solutions to be defined by the scrum team Elicit requirements utilizing differing consulting and facilitation approaches as required (e.g. workshops, interviews, etc.) Work with users to define requirements as well as overseeing the architecture, design, and coding of enterprise applications and tools Be a hands-on lead and help the team deliver Ensure Agile concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls while leading and demonstrating value-add principles to a team. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meeting Proactively drive application architecture and on-going evolution ensuring maintenance of current stability, reliability, performance, flexibility, and capacity Ensure best practices around coding techniques, architectural design, maximum code reuse, testability, application integration, performance, reliability, manageability and security, and understand how this applies to an agile environment Requirements: Must have proven track record in successfully building, releasing, and maintaining large-scale client centric Global Digital / Web enterprise systems in a complex technology environment - preferably within financial services ideally a major Global Asset Manager or Investment Banking Group Experience delivering global digital projects and products using a range of agile frameworks, methodologies and tools, along with knowledge about which methods to apply when Ability to work in environments that are undergoing complex change, working in an iterative manner, evolving solutions and understanding how far to challenge and when Strong analysis process knowledge including significant experience in Agile methods, particularly articulation of requirements as well constructed User Stories using Jira Proven ability to manage the full extent of project requirements, through all stages of project life-cycle About us: Expert advice.
