Project Manager - Regulatory Change, Asset Management United Kingdom Process, project and program management Asset Management Job Reference #: 188303BR City: London Job Type: Full Time Your role: Do you have a solid project management background with hands-on experience in a large cross functional environment? Able to coordinate, lead and manage a business project together with representatives from the business areas as well as corporate functions, including IT ? If so, we are looking for your personality and flair to be responsible for: Understanding the nature of the regulatory change being implemented and according to legal and compliance guidance Managing all aspects of a project, including planning, design, delivery, and testing. Managing timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential risk and issues Providing the program manager and stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the program status Managing a small team including Subject Matter Experts in the business, IT, legal and compliance, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources - supporting with a hands on approach and analysis where required Identifying and managing key stakeholders and clients, evaluating their interests and establishing effective communication, highlighting assumptions and dependencies. Ensuring compliance with UBS AM principles and standards as they relate to delivery requirements Embedding risk awareness by designing and implementing an effective control environment and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation. Your team: You will be part of the Regulatory Management function at UBS Asset Management, reporting into the Regional Head of Delivery and be based in London. Your expertise: You have: strong academic background and relevant project management qualifications; proven experience of institutional financial markets; direct experience of asset management is considered an advantage, both on funds and investment services strong client focus, ability to integrate diverse views, demonstrated track record in delivering complex projects in a previous role A high level of integrity and professionalism You are: able to work broadly within a large, complex, matrixed organization (you know the value of sharing information) and interact with knowledgeable and demanding audiences at all levels of management. an excellent communicator with strong writing skills and ability to succinctly convey information to senior management and other stakeholders able to demonstrate ability to be flexible, versatile and manage multiple concurrent priorities and projects able to work individually on project assessments as well as mobilizing work streams About us: Expert advice.
