Job Description
Do you have experience working in SEN schools, transferable skills that you could put to good use or are you a dedicated, caring, nurturing and motivating person? We are working with SEN schools in Wiltshire who are looking for passionate individuals to work on a flexible supply basis, Monday to Friday as Teaching Assistants and/or Learning Support Assistants. If you've had any experience in care, working and supporting children and/or adults with disabilities including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) or complex needs, you could be perfect for this role! Key Features • A valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain this. • An understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and the barriers to learning. • Additional CPD qualifications, such as Team-Teach and Moving & Handling would be highly beneficial but not essential. • Two suitable references covering the last 2 years (one which includes working with children).
