Senior Occupational Therapist To be part of the dynamic assessment and rehabilitation team, facilitating a smooth transition from the hospital to the community, from the acute medical & surgical inpatient wards. To participate in the weekend rota. Providing support and supervision to rotating Band 5 staff, and therapy assistants and enabling Practice Placements for student Occupational Therapists.
