Apply and come join our team! Job Summary A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the corporate IT function for an Associate Engineer. You will report to the Corporate IT Infrastructure Leadership and the main purpose will be to provide infrastructure delivery services to the Kellogg European business. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? + Delivery of IT compute, storage & network infrastructure projects (including data and voice), ensuring they are documented and aligned with Global IT standards. + Maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers of IT equipment and services to provide a cost effective and stable technology environment to Kellogg Europe. + Transitioning of IT infrastructure projects into sustainment. + Provide 3 rd line technical support for Kellogg's European Infrastructure environments (where necessary). WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE? Required: + "Hands-on" experience gained with infrastructure project delivery + Windows 10 knowledge + An understanding of Microsoft server technologies + Experience of using HPe, EMC or Cisco devices + A base knowledge of VMWare ESX 6.5 and above + Working knowledge of using Active Directory and Group Policies + Working knowledge of Skype + Professional, positive and decisive in approach, with a willingness to learn. + Be prepared for international travel and hold a valid UK driving license. + Be prepared to work unsociable hours (i.e. evenings, potentially weekends) Preferred: + Citrix Xenapp/XenDesktop + DHCP/DNS + Cloud (AWS/Azure) + Wireless networking + Firewalls + Technology refreshes in Manufacturing locations WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
