About you: We are looking for a highly motivated and conscientious Senior Mental Health 8a Pharmacist (experienced band 7 will be considered) who is ready to further develop their leadership & clinical skills and have quick career progression, working in a compassionate organization. You will be empowered to support patients with complex conditions, adopting a personalized approach to patient care. We are based at Prospect Park Hospital, in leafy Reading, 30 mins by train from London Paddington and Waterloo stations. We offer free onsite parking, top staff accommodation less than a 5-minute walk from your base. The successful candidate will experience different mental health specialities (e.g. Older Adults, Intensive Care and Learning Disability), attend MDT meetings, as well as support the dispensary. In return we will help you develop your clinical, managerial and leadership skills and have collaborative working relationships with both senior & junior clinicians, nursing teams and primary care colleagues.
