Decorator (Voids)

" Southern Housing Group are looking for a Decorator (Voids), who will join an exciting and dynamic team, within a growing and forward thinking organisation. Working within the Southern Maintenance Service team, the Decorator (Voids) will be responsible for providing a high quality repairs and maintenance service to our customers across the Group. Job Description You will complete maintenance and repairs works on our void properties as instructed by internal colleagues. You will need to understand their requirements and meet their needs and expectations by achieving excellent results. You will excel at customer service and ensure customers are left satisfied and happy with the work you have completed. You will comply with all health & safety regulations to ensure risk is minimised. You will be a team player with a 'can do attitude'. Please note that our SMS team work 40 hours per week. Required Skills & Experience \t * Experience in a similar role - ideally in the housing/maintenance sector \t * Sound knowledge of health & safety regulations \t * Ability to work in a methodical way, managing your own workload \t * Honest and trustworthy \t * Demonstrate and live by our companies values \t * Great communication skills.
