Loxford Ward is a 17 bedded active rehabilitation ward in the Forensic Low Secure services. The ward philosophy embraces an ethos of recovery, which emphasises social inclusion. We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and innovative nurse manager to take up the post of Clinical Nurse Manager AfC Band 7. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on continuous development and improvement of nursing in providing high quality care to patients. It also calls for visible and inclusive leadership as part of a multi-disciplinary team and other teams across the service. In this role you will be required to support the ongoing relational security, trauma informed care and reducing restrictive practices initiatives in the Forensic Service.
