Job Description

We're hiring an Acquisition Marketing Manager to grow the supply of parking spaces by consumers and build networks of space to support sustainable mobility solutions, such as shared cars, scooters and electric vehicles. About the role As an experienced growth marketer, you'll own acquisition planning for our peer to peer spaces using online and offline channels including Organic, Search Engine Marketing, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, Referrals, Direct Mail. Here's an idea of your day to day * Build networks of spaces for the Sustainable Mobility team using the above channels plus assisted sales channels (phone, door-to-door) * Optimise the site for SEO and produce content marketing programmes that grow traffic, leads and conversions * Liaise with the customer marketing team to encourage drivers to add their unused driveways to the platform. * Manage agencies and internal creative teams to deliver successful campaigns on time and on budget. * Work with Product and Engineering to manage delivery of technical marketing requirements. * Work closely with the Data team to ensure JustPark acquires high-value spaces. * Maximise conversion of leads through initiatives such as landing page design, live chat, phone and CRM. * Analytically minded, data-driven, and numbers obsessed with a strong focus on performance marketing to hit ambitious targets * Monitor and track key performance metrics and continuously improve performance * Responsible for a 500k performance marketing budget and growing While our team are currently working fully remote, once we return to the office you'll be based out of our HQ in Camden at least 2 days a week. Requirements * Experienced in defining acquisition plans and communications programmes * Hands-on experience of managing a wide range of B2C online and offline channels successfully (e.g. search engine marketing, display, direct mail, affiliates, phone, door-to-door) * A working knowledge of SEO and evidence of delivering organic growth * Knowledge of design principles for effective performance marketing * A strong background in customer journey mapping and content marketing at all stages of the funnel rooted in customer insight * A growth mindset and evidence of continuous improvement * Strong analytical skills, able to translate data into hypotheses and creative solutions * Collaborative approach and able to galvanise support for plans from others * Strong project management and personal productivity skills We're all about growing and developing our teams to provide them with all the skills they need to be successful.
