Talent Acquisition Partner Fixed Term Contract - 6 months London Paddington & Staines 37.5 Hours Per Week Competitive Salary You don't see places, you see possibilities. The recent expansion has generated 12 new roles within the department. These new roles will play an exciting part in the next stage of our journey. The primary purpose of the Sales & Marketing Talent Acquisition Partner is to source top talent to meet current and future staffing requirements through fully understanding the knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours required to deliver the organisational capability. Some of the key responsibilities include: * Managing end to end lifecycle of all FABRICA vacancies using our Applicant Tracking system - Cornerstone (including gathering and understanding requirements, obtaining approval, sourcing CVs, scheduling interviews, offering candidates) * Conducting recruitment meetings with managers, understanding their needs and translating them into an agreed recruitment approach * Participating in competency-based interview panels where required and other tests for appropriate roles in business area * Operating as a subject matter expert and coach to all hiring Managers, enabling them to lead in a way that is consistent with the organisations processes, systems and leadership expectations. * Instructing, managing and working with external agencies to fill our vacancies, as well as managing our job boards and shortlist candidates that come direct to us For this role, it is essential that you have experience in managing the 360-recruitment process within the property industry, from initial headhunt through to offer stage. You will also be: * Experienced in working within a fast-paced, dynamic and results driven environment * Strong evaluation and interview techniques, ranging from technical; and competency-based interviews, as well as facilitating relevant assessments as and when necessary * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with team members and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, as well as external agencies * Methodical and organised in your approach, an energetic resilient individual, who has a proactive 'can do' attitude and the ability to investigate and troubleshoot where necessary Rewards and Benefits: As an employee of A2Dominion, we want you to feel fairly rewarded and have a choice of flexible benefits, salary exchange benefits, and rewards and discounts that work for you, wherever you are in your life.
