Job Description

Over the last several years you have become a bit of an expert in a Microsoft environment. You would have implemented and supported on Office 365, Azure, Sharepoint, Exchange and One Drive to name a few. We now need your knowledge and skill to support an online training provider. Location: Cookham (Commutable from; Maidenhead, Slough, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, and surrounding areas). - There will be some flexibility on home working Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (35 hours a week) You will offer end-user IT support to a business of just under 200 in a Microsoft Desktop could environment. Your days will vary as the business continues to modernise its technology offering as well as day to day support you will be training on new systems and application and working on projects relating to further IT Development. This is the all-encompassing IT analyst role you have been looking for. As expected with any IT role you will already have good knowledge of the following technical skills · Microsoft Office 365 · Microsoft Teams · Windows 10 · PowerShell · Windows Intune · Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 · Virtualization Technology - Hyper-V / VMWare · Cloud Environments - Azure /AD/AAD/Intune/GPO's · TCP/IP networking stack, switches, routers, firewalls, DHCP, DNS (CISCO / Meraki) · Peripheral devices, including network printers, scanners, etc. · Anti-Virus and malware protection solutions - Microsoft Defender / Advanced Threat Protection If you have experience in, IT support, IT Analyst, Infrastructure Support, IT Software Support, Cloud, Office 365 Analyst, IT Support Analyst
