Training Manager - EMEA Manchester, UK OneStream Software LLC Employment Type Full-Time ABOUT THE JOB We are currently seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our growing Training team. The EMEA Training Manager is essential to the success of the EMEA Training Department. In this role you are responsible for coaching and developing your team and managing the department's operations and growth. You will work closely with the North America Training Manager and EMEA leadership to gain a full understanding of the company's strategic vision as it impacts training demands and key department decisions. This position will report out of our Manchester, UK Office with 10-15% amount of travel required. RESPONSIBILITIES * Staying informed on company strategies and developing processes and plans where needed * Shifts in training audiences and regions * Trainee Demand and Class Availability * Azure Environments, Network and Infrastructure * Collaborate with the Content Manager and NA Manager to develop and execute processes for Content, Releases and Upgrades * Facilitate and maintain the training calendar for both public and private courses * Develop learning paths and coaching methods for your team to increase skillset and growth * Track employee goals and conduct performance reviews * Manage Training Operations * Customer and Partner Relations * Internal Department and Employee Relations * Training Facilities and Equipment * Training Registration and Registration System * Website Content, Layout and Updates * Develop and maintain department policies/procedures * Registration Policies * Cancellation Policies * Payment Policies * Virtual Training Process and Policies * Private Training Process and SOW Policies * Uphold consistency in the training department to ensure a successful learning environment for training attendees and working environment for training team * Work with the NA Training Manager to ensure consistent communication across the organization QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Formal Education and Certification * Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent work experience Knowledge and Experience * Understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching) * Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment * Hands-on experience with project management and delegation * Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) * Hands-on experience with working with and developing a budget * Knowledge of SQL database technologies * OneStream Software experience is preferred Personal Attributes * Decision Making * Teamwork * Motivated * Reliable * Problem Solving * Adaptability * Planning and Organizing * Communication * Integrity * Initiative * Legally authorized to work for any company in the country which this position is located in without sponsorship.
