About hero training club hero training clubs have been created to provide the very best in terms of design, facility, operation and services to enable every unique individual to improve their own wellbeing - together. Detailed thought has gone into every aspect of the clubs to ensure everyone gains the benefits they seek; from the 4 unique studios with their signature and carefully selected programmes all designed to provide outcomes, through to the curated additional services within the wellness hub area. A club where everyone can belong. About the Role To truly deliver such an exciting and innovative club, we need the most inspiring, engaged and credible team. People who truly have a passion for all things health, fitness and wellbeing and gain huge personal satisfaction from helping others on their own journeys. As part of the Community Team you will deliver the highest levels of hospitality and service at front of house at all times to create experiences and outcomes that will make people want to come back - time and time again and feel they truly belong.
