The AWS Training and Certification organization educates customers, partners, and AWS Employees globally on AWS products, solutions, and best practices. As a result of exponential growth, we're seeking a talented and experienced Program Specialist to hep drive the education programs of our EMEA AWS Training and Certification team. Join a growing team that helps customers and partners achieve success with AWS! As an Operations Program Manager, you'll be responsible to drive operational efficiencies within AWS Training and Certification and drive requirements for new programs/initiatives across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The successful candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience in an operations environment with a proven track record of implementation of new products/services, with a customer-focused and analytical approach and a passion for working collaboratively. Responsibilities: 1. Perform business analysis on training initiatives (products/services, processes, systems and new regions) and manage roll outs of the initiatives in region to increase our capabilities of better serving customers (e.g. B2B invoicing automation, B2I Capabilities) 2. Finance Operations and budget management including processing invoices from suppliers, management of budget management tool, tracking billing, reconciliation and management of POs 3. Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions within the EMEA Training & Certification business unit. 4. Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Infrastructure, Tax, Legal, Operations, Vendors and Management teams to deliver initiatives/projects 5. Support Operations Manager with business reporting requirements
