Job Description
Luxurious 5 star hotel based in Bond Street, London W1S is currently looking for a Painter & Decorator to join the maintenance team working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm. Salary offered up to £30k pa + excellent benefits. JOB DUTIES The Painter & Decorator will carry out the following * Daily maintenance and repairs * Carry out painting and decorating throughout the hotel * Wallpapering & retouch any defective areas * Maintain tools and equipment, using solvents, brushes and rags. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Ideally the Painter will have previous job experience working in a hotel environment. * Preferably have experience on high working ladder use. * Ability to work alone and unsupervised. * The Painter will be extremely well presented and have good communications skills. JOB LOCATION Based near Bond Street Station, London W1S 1SP.
